DALLAS (Dallas Morning News) – The Arts Apartments by Jefferson is currently under construction in the Arts District.
The six-story apartment building at Ross Ave. and Routh St. is next door to the One Arts Plaza tower and across from the AT&T Performing Arts Center.
The project’s 228 units were designed by Atlanta-based Preston Partnership, and JPI Inc. will complete their development by summer 2010.
